Those of us fortunate enough to love and be loved by animals know the
exquisite joy and quiet fulfillment that comes from animals living in
our hearts. We know there is no turning back from loving animals
intensely once we experience this bond.
Animals and their love stay in our souls, once we've let them in. And we
are better for it, more complete, more whole, more compassionate, and
often transformed.
Loving this much, we also know the searing pain of losing them. And we
know the frustration, overwhelm and compassion fatigue inherent in
rescue and sheltering work. In loving so much, we open ourselves to more
intimacy and to more pain.
We wish animals and animal lovers everywhere comfort and healing for
their hearts, clarity and tranquility for their minds, and peace in
their souls.
Take care of your animals and have compassion for the homeless ones.

PLEASE HELP FEED RESCUED PETS! The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free! This doesn't cost you a thing! Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site. Pass it along to your friends. www.theanimalrescuesite.com
